I know how heavy that can feel.

I work with motivated and insightful adults who want something more than just coping strategies or a place to vent. Many have tried therapy before but felt like it didn’t lead to real change.

My approach integrates somatic work, EMDR, and parts work so we can understand and shift the patterns at the root, not just manage them on the surface.
